Gale Slaughter – President / CEO
Gale has 34 years experience in the print and marketing solutions industry. After managing one of the largest printing distributors in the Northwest for 28 years, Gale launched Coriant – Workflow Solutions in 2007. Gale has a MBA from Boise State University and has been involved with multiple trade associations in order to stay ahead of the changing marketplace. Gale enjoys the industry because she encounters a diverse group of people with a variety of skill sets and learns about multiple industries. Gale enjoys golf, walking her dog, biking, day hikes and skiing.
Lesley Truman – Creative Services Manager / Account Manager
Lesley has over 13 years experience as a graphic designer with a focus in print design. After completing school at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale for graphic design and desktop publishing, she went on to learn a great deal in the pre-press department for a large thermal printer manufacturer and printing company in Boca Raton, FL. Since moving to the west in 2003, she has focused on advertising design and marketing primarily in the real estate industry. Coriant allows Lesley to utilize her design skills in the creative services department as well as being an active part of the community in her account manager role. Besides enjoying her fantastic career, Lesley loves family & friends, her sweet black dog, old Volkswagons, motorcycles, water sports, camping, creating & eating delicious food, and in general – life itself.
Norman Pfaff – Account Manager / Sales
With 37 years of experience in the business forms and print industry, Norm has been passionate about the business because it has allowed him to tap into his creative senses. Norm’s goal was to design a “system” that met his customers operating needs, help them manage those “systems”, and offer them the greatest value for their expenditures. Norm has been able to work toward that end, while operating with the highest standards of honesty and integrity. Norm graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Business / Marketing from Oregon State University and has been living in Central Oregon for the past 25 years. Norm enjoys golfing, fishing, camping and snow shoeing.
